The Senior Executive Program – SEP has been designed to provide solutions to these needs.
INCAE Business School and Babson College -the world’s leader in entrepreneurship and innovation- have co-designed this program to offer a training experience to confront the challenges being faced today by organizations to make their businesses grow, using the opportunities provided by new technologies and globalization.
This renovated program offers a double certification by Babson and INCAE and takes place during two weeks in the United States.
The program’s common thread is entrepreneurship. It has a focus on the learning of methodologies and abilities (entrepreneurial leadership) useful for the creation of new businesses (entrepreneurship), as well as the development of these within the companies  (intrapreneurship).
Through lectures and discussions of real-life cases, relevant topics for the creation and development of new businesses are addressed,  which include innovation management, finance (project funding, Fintech, risk capital), corporate governance and the creation of Internet-based ventures.
By using experiential and applied learning approaches, participants will have the opportunity to work in teams to design high-value solutions for complex problems and use simulations to practice organizational change management. To complement the learning experience in the classrooms with professors and invited lecturers from Harvard and MIT, the program includes discussion panels with  entrepreneurs and visits to outstanding companies in innovation ecosystems in San Francisco (Silicon Valley) and Boston (Route 128 y Boston Innovation District).
